Blooming Beauty: A May Jewelry Collection That’s Basically Spring in Accessory Form

06 May, 2026 16

Nature-inspired handmade necklaces, bracelets and earrings

Our Natured-Inspired Jewelry Collection

If May had a jewelry box, the Blooming Beauty collection would be sitting right in front, sparkling and saying, “Pick me!” This nature-inspired collection is my love letter to spring: blooming flowers, fresh greens, soft pinks, and those tiny treasures you find on the beach and absolutely must take home.

Blooming Beauty is made up of 12 pieces total:

  • 5 necklaces
  • 4 bracelets
  • 3 pairs of earrings

They’re grouped into four little “mini-worlds” (sub-sets), each with its own vibe, but all tied together by the same color story: coral, greens, and pinks, with silver shining through it all.

Let’s take a walk through the garden, stone by stone.

Peach Moonstone: The Soft-Glow Showstopper

Handmade Peach Moonstone jewelry

You’ll meet peach moonstone in the Peachy Moonstone Necklace, Bracelet, and Earrings—those dreamy pieces that look like they were dipped in sunset light.

A little history + lore of Moonstone:
Moonstone has been loved for centuries and is often associated with intuition, feminine energy, and new beginnings. Ancient Romans thought it was formed from solidified moonlight (which, honestly, is exactly the kind of myth I can get behind). Peach moonstone, in particular, has that warm, romantic glow—like rose-tinted moonlight.

Why it’s special in this nature-inspired collection:
I used both faceted cube beads and smooth round beads, plus teardrop shapes in the earrings. The faceting catches the light for a soft sparkle, while the smoother beads bring that serene, glowing quality moonstone is known for. It’s delicate, but not too precious—you can absolutely wear these pieces on an everyday basis.

Quartz Crystal: The Classic “Good Vibes” Gem

Handmade Quartz crystals in jewelry

Clear quartz shows up in the Blooming Green set and sparkles wherever it goes.

A bit of background on Quartz:
Quartz is one of the most abundant minerals on Earth, but don’t let that fool you—it’s a classic for a reason. It’s been used in jewelry, tools, and even early timekeeping devices. Crystal lovers call it the “master healer,” but even if you’re just here for the sparkle, quartz delivers.

Why it works here:
In Blooming Beauty, quartz is all about brightness and clarity. Paired with the Island Blue Czech glass in the Blooming Green Necklace, Bracelet, and Earrings, the teardrop quartz beads look like captured droplets of water—a perfect combo with the fresh green/blue tones in this collection.

Island Blue Czech Glass: Tiny Tropical Getaway

Island Blue Czech glass & quartz jewelry

The Blooming Green subset leans into that lush, watery vibe with Island Blue Czech glass teardrop beads.

Fun fact about Czech Glass:
Czech glass has a long history of craftsmanship, going back hundreds of years in regions that are now part of the Czech Republic. It’s known for its high quality, rich color, and consistency—so you get that beautiful, even hue that makes designs look polished and intentional.

What it brings to Blooming Beauty jewelry:
The Island Blue teardrops give a soft blue-green tone—think ocean shallows or new leaves after a rain. Paired with quartz and sterling silver, these pieces feel light, airy, and just a bit magical.

Pearls & Recycled Glass: Classic Meets Conscious

Pink recycled glass & pearl jewelry

You’ll spot white cultured pearls throughout the Blooming Pink jewelry collection sub-set. They’re creamy, timeless, and instantly add a feeling of “I made an effort today” to any outfit.

Cultured pearls are formed with human help (as opposed to wild, natural pearls), but they’re still real pearls—layer upon layer of nacre built up over time inside the mollusk. That’s where the luster comes from, and why they glow rather than just shine.

Then there’s the pink recycled glass nuggets in the Blooming Pink pieces. These beads give you that lovely pop of pink while also giving existing materials a second life. Eco-friendly and pretty? Yes, please.

The rose glitter pink crystal bicones sprinkled throughout bring that subtle twinkle—the jewelry equivalent of highlighter on your cheekbones.

Resin, Flowers, and Seashells: Tiny Worlds You Can Wear

Resin jewelry with dried flowers

In this nature-focused jewelry subset, we get a little whimsical with resin pieces that hold dried flowers and tiny seashells.

  • The Flower Explosion Necklace is exactly what it sounds like: bursting dried flowers in every color of the garden.
  • The Blossom Menagerie Necklace features three flowers in each pendant, and each one is completely unique (and individually lettered so you can pick your special one).
  • The resin bangle bracelet with tiny seashells is like wearing a mini tide pool around your wrist.

Resin is the perfect medium for this kind of design—it lets me preserve real flowers and shells in a durable, wearable way. It’s like freezing a moment in time and turning it into jewelry.

How to Care for Your Blooming Beauty Pieces

To keep your nature-inspired jewelry looking fresh and fabulous, here are a few simple care tips:

1. Avoid harsh chemicals
Perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, and cleaning products are not your jewelry’s friends. Put your jewelry on last and take it off first.

2. Store it thoughtfully
Keep pieces in a dry place, ideally in individual pouches or compartments so they don’t scratch each other. Pearls especially like a little breathing room.

3. Clean gently

  • Sterling silver: Use a soft polishing cloth when it starts to tarnish.
  • Resin pieces: Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking and keep them away from high heat.
  • Pearls and stones: Use a soft cloth—no ultrasonic cleaners or harsh jewelry dips, especially with mixed materials.

4. Don’t swim or shower in them
Chlorine, saltwater, and soaps can damage metal, dull stones, and definitely aren’t ideal for resin or pearls. Your jewelry deserves a little spa day off while you bathe.

A Jewelry Collection Meant to Be Mixed, Matched, and Loved

Blooming Beauty isn’t meant to live in a jewelry box. These pieces were designed to be worn, layered, shown off, and enjoyed—whether you’re a jeans-and-tee person who likes one special necklace, or a “stack all the bracelets” maximalist.

With 5 necklaces, 4 bracelets, and 3 pairs of earrings tucked into four sub-sets (resin florals, seaside resin, peach moonstone, blooming pink, and blooming green), there’s plenty of room to find your own version of “blooming.”

If one piece in particular is calling your name, listen. That’s probably your inner magpie saying, “Yes, that one. We need it.”

Until next time...

Dianna
